    The SSN2EGR2 single board supports Layer 2 switching, port aggregation, RPR, and other functions and features.

    The specific functions and features of the SSN2EGR2 single board are shown in Table 1.

    • 1000BASE-SX/LX/ZX/VX Ethernet optical interface, support self-negotiation function, meet IEEE802.3z standard.
    • Adopting hot-swappable SFP optical module, the transmission distance can reach up to 550m for multi-mode fiber, and 10km for single-mode fiber (40km and 80km optical modules can also be selected according to actual needs).

    • Ethernet II, IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.1 q/p.
    • Supports 1518Byte~9600Byte message length setting, and supports Jumbo frames up to 9600Byte.

    Description:

    The VC-3 virtual cascade on the SDH side supports only 1 to 2 VC-3 virtual cascades, and the VC-3 time slots are fixed in the first two VC-3 time slots of the first VC-4 of the first STM-4 frame of each VCTRUNK.

    • Supports data isolation based on VB (Virtual Bridge) + VLAN method.
