Powerful multi-service schedulingcapability
SDH transmission equipment_Metro3000 (OptiX 2500+) has a powerful cross-connectivity, the equipment provides EXCS, XCS, XCL three kinds of cross-matrix units. With the support of large-capacity cross-matrix and corresponding software functions, Metro3000 (OptiX 2500+) can realize the functions of multiple TM or ADM systems on a single sub-frame, and support service scheduling and protection among multiple systems. Thanks to its powerful cross-connect capability, the Metro3000 (OptiX 2500+) can be used as a medium-capacity local cross-connect device, which greatly enhances its networking capability and inter-network service scheduling ability.
Features of SDH transmission equipment_Metro3000 (OptiX 2500+)
Flexible Service Configuration
Metro3000 (OptiX 2500+) can be flexibly configured as TM and ADM systems. Each network element can be configured as either a single STM-1/STM-4/STM-16 TM or ADM system, or as a multi-ADM system with a combination of STM-1/STM-4/STM-16, and cross-connections between multiple systems can be realized.
The OptiX2500+(Metro3000) TDAs are boxed multiplexed audio and digital access devices.
The external TDA is mainly used to transmit analog audio signals and asynchronous serial data signals using SDH equipment. The TDA enables access and scheduling of 12-channel audio signals and 4-channel RS232 and 4-channel RS422 asynchronous serial data signals.
The Metro3000 (OptiX2500+) TDA works as follows:
The box TDA occupies a minimum of one 2Mbit/s and a maximum of two 2Mbit/s. All TDA boards in the whole network can share one or two 2Mbit/s.
2M service access: 2M services are introduced from SDH equipment, and low-speed signals (audio and low-speed data signals) are realized up and down in the TDA.
Audio access: In the receiving direction, A/D conversion is performed on the access signals, and the signals of each channel are aggregated to the corresponding time slots on the bus; in the transmitting direction, the signals sent by the crossover module are assigned to the corresponding interface circuits of each interface, and the signals are subjected to D/A conversion, and the signal transmitting is completed.
Asynchronous data access: asynchronous serial digital signals are accessed from RS232 serial port or RS422 serial port and sent to the multiplexing module (multiplexed to 2M signals). On the contrary, the 2M digital signal used by demultiplexing can be output to the user side after passing through this module.
64k crossover: in the receiving direction, it completes the insertion of low-speed services into 2Mbit/s services and outputs 2Mbit/s signals to the multiplexing module. In the sending direction, it completes the exchange of 64kbit/s level on 2Mbit/s code stream and outputs signals to each corresponding bus.
Multiplexing and demultiplexing: in the receiving direction, the 2Mbit/s service sent by the switching module is relocated, converted into the E1 signal containing the frame header information, and the multiplexing of this signal to the VC-4 signal is completed and sent to the cross-over board. In the transmitting direction, it demultiplexes the VC-4 signal sent by the cross-board into an E1 signal, converts the E1 signal into a 2 Mbit/s code stream, and sends it to the switching module.
Microprocessor: Communicates with the host and network management through the external serial port to realize equipment control. It can also be cascaded through the serial port to realize centralized management of multiple devices.
Realize the communication with the main control board SCC.
