    The TN11LOA single board supports optical wavelength adjustable, OTN interface, ESC, and other functions and features.

    The specific functions and features of the TN11LOA 8-way Any service to OTU2 aggregation board are shown in Table 1.

    Functions and Features Description
    Basic Functions

    The LOA supports the conversion of the following signals:

    • 8 x (125 Mbit/s to 1.25 Gbit/s signals)1 x OTU2
    • 4 x (1.49 Gbit/s to 2.67 Gbit/s signal)1 x OTU2
    • 4 x OTU11 x OTU2
    • 2 x 3G-SDI/3G-SDIRBR/FC400/FICON4G/Infiniband 2.5G1 x OTU2
    • 1 x FC800/FICON8G/Infiniband 5G1 x OTU2
    • 1 x FC1200/FICON10G/10GE LAN1 x OTU2e

    Supports mixing of signals with a rate lower than 4.25 Gbit/s. Mixing is not supported when accessing FC800/FICON8G/Infiniband 5G signals. The total rate of customer-side access service is less than 10Gbit/s.

    Customer-side service types

    FE: Ethernet service with a rate of 125 Mbit/s.

    GE: Ethernet service at a rate of 1.25 Gbit/s. Supports GE optical or electrical signals.

    10GE LAN: Ethernet service at a rate of 10.31Gbit/s

    STM-1/OC-3: SDH/SONET service at a rate of 155.52Mbit/s

    STM-4/OC-12: SDH/SONET service at 622.08 Mbit/s

    STM-16/OC-48: SDH/SONET service at a rate of 2.5Gbit/s

    FC100: SAN service at a rate of 1.06 Gbit/s

    FC200: SAN service at 2.12 Gbit/s

    FC400: SAN service at 4.25Gbit/s

    Description:

    The LOA supports GE optical signals and GE electrical signals. When accessing GE electrical signals, it is recommended to configure at most 2 electrical modules for the convenience of fiber routing.

    LOA board supports access to SDI, HD-SDI, HD-SDIRBR, 3G-SDI, 3G-SDIRBR, DVB-ASI telecommunication signals, and when accessing, it is necessary to use digital video photoelectric converter box, and its optical module needs to satisfy the requirements of the single board's optical module index, and the video converter box is a third-party device, which is purchased by itself.

    FICON4G and FC400 have the same processing. When transmitting FICON4G service, it can be configured as FC400 on the network management.

    OTN Function
    • WDM side provides OTU2/OTU2e interface.
    • Adopts ITU-T G.709 recommended frame format and overhead processing.
    • ODU0 layer: support PM function, non-intervention monitoring function of PM.
    • ODUk (k=1, 2) layer: support PM and TCM functions, non-invasive monitoring function for PM and TCM.
    • ODUflex layer: support PM function, non-invasive monitoring function of PM.
    • OTUk (k=1, 2) layer: supports SM function.
    WDM Specifications

    Supports DWDM specifications of ITU-T G.694.1.

    Wavelength Tunable Function

    Supports wavelength tunable optical modules. If the wavelength tunable optical module is configured, it can realize that the WDM side optical signal can be tunable in the 80-wave range in the 50 GHz interval of C-band.

    ESC Function Support
    PRBS Function

    Customer-side and WDM-side support.

    Description:
    The PRBS function is supported on the customer side only when accessing STM-1/STM-4/STM-16/OC-3/OC-12/OC-48/OTU1 services.
    LPT Function The LPT function is supported only when the service type of the customer side is GE/FE/10GE LAN.
    FEC Coding
    • FEC coding is supported on the customer side when accessing OTU1 services, in accordance with ITU-T G.709 recommendations.

    • The WDM side supports FEC coding in accordance with the recommendations of ITU-T G.709.

    • The WDM side supports AFEC-2 encoding, in accordance with the recommendations of ITU-T G.975.1.

    Description:
    Veneers with different error correction coding cannot be docked.
    Performance Surveillance and Alarm Monitoring
    • Provides BIP8 byte monitoring (burst mode) to locate line faults.
    • Provides B1 byte monitoring to locate line faults.
    • Supports OTN performance monitoring and alarm monitoring.
    • Provides the following monitoring functions: laser bias current monitoring, laser operating temperature monitoring, optical power monitoring, etc.
    • Provides Ethernet RMON monitoring function.

    Relay board WDM side signals of LOA single board can be relayed through other TN12ND2/TN52ND2/TN53ND2/TN57ND2/TN55NO2/TN55NH2/TN53NQ2/TN54NQ2/TN57NQ2 single boards.
    ALS Function

    Customer side support when accessing non-OTN services.

    Physical Layer Clock

    • When 10GE LAN service is accessed on the customer side and the port service mapping path is "Bit Transparent Mapping (11.1G)", synchronous Ethernet passthrough is supported and synchronous Ethernet processing is not supported.
