Introduction of OSN8800 TN54SXL Functions and Features

Huawei WDM OSN8800 TN54TSXL single board belongs to the tributary class of single boards. TN11TSXL realizes the interconversion between 1-channel STM-256/OC-768 service optical signals and 4-channel ODU2 telecommunication signals; TN53TSXL realizes the interconversion between 1-channel STM-256/OC-768/OTU3 service optical signals and 1-channel ODU3; TN54TSXL realizes the interconversion between 1 channel 40GE service optical signal and 1 channel ODU3.

The application of OSN8800 TN54TSXL (40 Gbit/s tributary service processing board) single board in WDM system is shown in Figure 1, Figure 2 and Figure 3.

Alarm and Performance Monitoring	Provides BIP8 byte monitoring (Poisson mode or burst mode), which can locate line faults. Provides B1 byte monitoring, which can locate line faults. Supports OTN performance monitoring and alarm monitoring. Provides the following monitoring functions: laser bias current monitoring, laser operating temperature monitoring, optical power monitoring, etc. Provides Ethernet RMON monitoring function. Description: Only the TN54TSXL supports the Ethernet RMON (Remote Monitor) monitoring function. Only the TN11TSXL/TN53TSXL supports Poisson mode. Only TN11TSXL/TN53TSXL supports laser temperature detection. Only TN11TSXL/TN53TSXL supports B1 byte monitoring.
