The Huawei OSN3500 SL16A single board supports functions and features such as receiving and transmitting one STM-16 optical signal, overhead processing, and multiplexed segment protection.

The N3SL16A supports the optical interface of U-16.2Je (plus BA and PA), which is a Huawei customized standard. u-16.2Je is compatible with U-16.2. N3SL16A supports CWDM and DWDM color optical interfaces, and the optical interface adopts LC connector.CWDM optical interface supports 80km transmission distance, and DWDM optical interface supports 120km transmission distance. |
