OptiX Metro1000 is a box-type SDH optical transmission equipment. Except for the power supply module and some service boards, the crossover unit, clock unit and public service unit are all integrated in SS49SCB single board, so the structure is simple and highly integrated.

Unified switching architecture, multi-service: supports traditional TDM and packet dual-domain coexistence of service bearing mode. Under the support of dual-domain networking, it can realize the smooth evolution of TDM network to packet switching network.

Supports multi-system function: Metro 1000's cross-capacity is 21.25G high-order full-crossing or 5G low-order full-crossing, which can be configured as multiple TM (Terminal Multiplexer) or ADM (Add/Drop Multiplexer) or MADM (Multiple Add/Drop Multiplexer) systems, and supports inter-system interconnection. ) systems, and supports service scheduling and protection between multiple systems, greatly enhancing the equipment's networking capability and inter-network service scheduling capability.

Support for Synchronization Status Message Management: Metro 1000 equipment provides SSM (Synchronization Status Message) management of synchronized clocks. This function enables the transmission network to avoid the formation of timing loops when clock inversion occurs in the network; when the synchronization timing signal tracked by the network is degraded, the downstream nodes do not have to wait until the synchronization timing signal is detected to exceed the degradation threshold, and then they can promptly invert the input clock source or transfer to the maintenance state, which improves the synchronization quality of the clock of the whole network, and at the same time, simplifies the planning of clock synchronization network.

Support CES function, flexible network: support CES circuit emulation technology. the realization of CES technology, can be in the pure packet domain, to achieve direct access to E1 services on the TDM domain, to achieve the smooth evolution of the TDM domain to the packet domain.

The OptiX Metro1000 device is a boxed, integrated design with a box form factor of 436mm (W) x 293mm (D) x 86mm (H), and can be used standalone or integrated into a 220V chassis.

The Metro 1000 has a powerful docking capability, and can be docked with Huawei optical network equipment to build a complete transmission network solution. OptiX 155/622H capable of docking equipment:
