1. All 10PCS SSN4SLQ16 purchased by the customer have this problem, ruling out a single board failure.
2. It is confirmed by R&D that the problem is caused by hardware defects. The problem can be avoided by connecting the meter or pre-configuring the services on SSN4SLQ16 before the outer loopback.
When the SSN4SLQ16 board is configured with the service, first loopback and then connect the meter, after the los disappears, there is no alarm on the meter.
3. R&D plans to release R10 version at the end of June 2011 to solve this problem.
