Problems exist:
After the OSN7500 device is upgraded through (package loading method), the network management query result shows normal except that after the other network elements are upgraded (board level loading method) OSN1500 and OSN3500 can not query the information related to the hot patch version SPH203 on the network management, and the query display shows only SPC200.

NG-SDH products initially only support board-level hot patch function, V100R008 starts to support both board-level hot patch and patch package function (different main control types support different hot patch upgrade methods), and only patch package function is supported in V100R009 and later versions.
Therefore, the network elements (OSN1500 and OSN3500) upgraded by the board-level loading method on the site cannot query the software version patch version on the network management. Use the single-board patch query command to check the hot patch loading situation of the equipment: patch-get-statemsg:BID (master slot) to verify that the hot patch loading on the site is normal.
Avoidance measures:
1. Use the DC tool to correctly display the patch information that has been loaded on the device in the network element software management-patch software loading interface. (The DC tool integrated with the network management also supports this).
2. Use the single-board patch query command to view the hot patch loading status of the device: patch-get-statemsg:BID (master slot) to verify the patch loading status on site.
