ssn4gscc master board failure causes DC analog package upgrade task to fail

Problem description
Current version: 5.21.13.47
Target version: 5.21.18.50p01
DC tool version: V100R200C01SPC003
When upgrading OSN3500 gateway equipment of a bureau by using the DC tool to create a new simulation packet upgrade task, the veneers are all loaded successfully and activation starts, and the preparation 17-GSCC is activated successfully, and then when activating the main 18-GSCC, it shows activation failure . When the main 18-GSCC is activated again, the network element is offline and shows activation failure, and the upgrade fails, see the attached figure.
Alarm Information
There are no abnormal alarms before upgrading, but during upgrading, there are alarms of gateway network element communication failure, network element cannot login, and network element communication BREAK, but the service is normal.
Processing
1: Check the station and find that the ACT of 18-GSCC does not light up, and the ACT light of 17-GSCC is on, indicating that the master control has been reversed to 17-GSCC.
2: Unplug the single board of 17-GSCc, and the master control is reversed back to 18-GSCC, and the monitoring of the T2000 network elements is back to normal, and the checking of the main and backup master control versions has been upgraded to the target version.
3: First single master 18-GSCC to complete the other single board load, activate the upgrade, network element upgrade success.
4: Failure to reproduce: hard reset on the network management 18-GSCC inverted to 17-GSCC network elements and then appear to be out of control, to confirm that the 17-GSCC unit communication is not normal, the need to replace spare parts.
5: Replacement of the same version of the master control spare parts and then do the master control of the main backup inversion test, there is no network element off the pipe phenomenon, processing is complete.
Root cause
A hard reset occurs when the main master 18-GSCC is activated, and the main control is de-piped after switching to the standby 17-GSCC, indicating that the 17-GSCC is not normal or the master reversal has not been successful.
Recommendations and Summary
Before upgrading the NGSDH equipment version, use the command line to check whether the operation status of network elements and single boards is normal, and it is better to do the switching between the main and backup masters to make sure that the network elements can be monitored normally on the network management before starting the upgrading operation.
