Optix OSN1500 SSQ2CXL16 Dial and Patch Cords

The OSN1500 SSQ2CXL16 single board has jumpers to set the battery enable and dip switches to set the operating state of the single board.

Caution:

The dip switches and jumpers are for single board testing and maintenance only.

After setting the BIOS dialing code status and the single board executes the corresponding operation, before restarting the single board, you need to reset the BIOS dialing code to zero (i.e., set the binary number to 0000). Otherwise, the single board can not enter the normal operating state.

The positions of jumper J3 and dial code SW1 on the Q2CXL16 single board are shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2.

The location of jumper J7 and dial code SW2 on the Q3CXL16 single board is shown in Figure 3.

The description of jumper J3 on the Q2CXL16 single board and jumper J7 on the Q3CXL16 single board is shown in Table 1.

J3/J10/J7 Battery enable

1-2: Jumper cap inserted on 1 and 2 battery enable.

2-3: Jumper cap inserted on 2, 3 Database and clock clearing.

Dialing Codes on the OSN1500 SSQ2CXL16 Veneer Board Dialing Code SW1 on the Veneer Board and Dialing Code SW2 on the Q3CXL16 Veneer Board are described in Table 2.

SW1/SW2 Single board operation status setting

DIP switch to on position indicates binary number 1.

DIP switches are 4bit, arranged in the order of high to low dip code number, and the dip code of number 4 is the highest bit. For detailed description of the dip switches, please refer to Table 3.
