Processing

1、According to the collected alarms and black box data, it is confirmed that an instantaneous drop of the external power supply leads to a hard reset of both the master control and the veneer;

2、The reported WRG_BD_TYPE alarms are all support for multi-board ID single board, the reason is: support for multi-board ID single board in the power-down reset up will be reported to the host computer to support all the types of single boards, the master control according to the original configuration to the single board under the corresponding board type, all the instantaneous report WRG_BD_TYPE alarms;

Root Cause

1. Single-board software causes abnormal reset;

2、Device voltage instantaneous drop caused.
