The site cannot access the COM port of the OSN3500 device properly through the portable

Processing

1. Confirm that the settings of the portable machine are correct and the network card is normal;

2、After confirming the NGSDH equipment from 5.36.17.XX&5.21.17.XX version and later version COM port is closed by default;

3、Use :cfg-set-oamport command to manage OAM,F_f,COM,ETH,ALL interface;

4. At present, only the ETH port is open by default for OAM,F_f,COM,ETH,ALL ports

Root cause

1、Portable ip settings or network card problems;

2、Software version default COM off;

3、AUX single board COM port failure.
