Problem description
The master performance of multiple OSN7500 and OSN3500 devices in a bureau shows abnormal device temperature performance; among them, the N4GSCC master (version 5.21.18.50P01 ) shows a temperature performance of 486.5 degrees Celsius; and the N3GSCC-B2 master ( 5.21.17.31SPH001 ) shows a temperature performance of 947.3 degrees Celsius.

1、Description: The processing mechanism of the host reporting temperature performance is: the host periodically ( 1-minute cycle) queries the temperature performance to the service veneer, and compares the temperatures of all service veneers with the temperature of the main control veneer, in which the highest temperature is reported as the current temperature performance.
2. After analyzing the returned information, it is found that the network elements with abnormal temperature performance reported by the main control are configured with N4SLD64/SSN4SL64 single boards, and the software version is 7.85. This software version has defects, which will report the slot information of the single board to the host as part of the temperature performance of the single board, and thus lead to abnormal temperature performance of the host. Upgrading the software version of the single board to version 7.87 and above can completely solve the problem.
