Solution: Upgrade the product version to V2R11C00SPC300 to solve the problem completely.

Root cause

When the product version is V2R11C00SPC200, the corresponding platform version is USPV1R5C00B181. When setting the working mode of the single-board ports, the first thing to do is to query the configuration file of the single-board to see if the mode is supported, and since there is no relevant configuration in the configuration file of the corresponding single-board, it fails to set the working mode of the single-board optical ports, and an error is returned.
