Problem description

When a new OSN2500 ADQ1 veneer board is opened for service and binds a time slot, the operation fails; the time slot binding of SDH/ ATM service cannot be completed, and when the SDH/ ATM service binds a time slot and fails, the master cross-talk line integration veneer board CXL will reset.

a. Use the following command to delete all database information

b. Hard reset backup master

c. Use network management to re-download all configurations to the network element

d. Delete all SDH/" target="_blank" >ATM logic boards and re-add them

Root Cause

The database of the ADQ1 board is backed up every 30 minutes, if there is a master board or ADQ1 board reset within 30 minutes of the ADQ1 board configuration data, it will lead to database abnormality; and when the time slot of VCTRUNK is bound, the ADQ1 board needs to update the data; at this time, the database abnormality will lead to the failure of the operation;
