The current network has 2OSN7500 (one of them is a gateway network element), and the rest are 10OSN3500, the master version are all 5.21.20.52, and they are planned to be upgraded to 5.21.20.54, refer to the upgrade guide book, and there is a special upgrade guide book for simulating packet diffusion of NG-SDH V100R010C03SPC203 ( 5.21.20.54), use the DC tool, the version of DC tool is V100R006C02SPC300. after creating the packet diffusion task, all the network elements report an error after going through the pre-testing, backup, and to the packet loading step, the gateway network element reports an error: source address error;

The rest of the non-gateway network elements also report error, packet loading failed.

1. Roll back, unplug the master control, check the network after the master control is running normally, there is no abnormal alarm, re-create the packet diffusion task, the phenomenon is still the same;

2、Check the DC tool version, V100R006C02SPC300, check the analog package diffusion upgrade guide, indicating the use of DataCenter for U2000 V100R005C00, after consulting with 400, confirmed that the upgrade of the use of the V100R006C02SPC300 version of the DC downward compatible with V100R005C00. Rule out the DC version problem;

3, consult the R&D, tell them that it is not recommended to use package diffusion to upgrade, query the OptiX NG-SDH version upgrade method summary table, confirm that there are two ways to upgrade OSN7500 to 5.21.20.54 from 5.21.20.52, in addition to package diffusion, it is recommended to use the analog package loading method of upgrading, and ultimately create the analog package loading upgrade task, and upgrade to the target version 5.21.20 .54 smoothly. Target version 5.21.20.54.
