There are two types of Huawei Metro1000, V2 and V3:

Note: When I do the experiment, because the device and the network management is through TCP/IP communication, my network management IP to be set to the same network segment with the device, that is, 129.9.*. *. Subnet mask: 255.255.0.0. The gateway does not have to be set. And because these devices may have been artificially modified by others when doing experiments in the past, when we modify the ID again, the IP is not changed automatically. The network administrator cannot find the IP, and the network element is grayed out, making it impossible to log in. At this time, use Navigator to log in, enter the command :cm-set-ip:129.9.*. *; here 129.9.*. Here 129.9.*. is the corresponding IP after you change the ID, then the network element becomes green, we can start the business configuration.
3, Huawei Optix 2500 + (Metro3000 ) using hardware dialing, pull out the SCC main control board, there are two sets of upper and lower 8-digit dialing switches, the upper group for the high 8-digit, the lower for the low 8-digit, how to dial refer to the V2 of the small box.
