1. Synchronize the network element alarms without alarms;
2、Query Ethernet service configuration, binding channel is normal;
3、Ethernet test frame is not available, query the RMON performance at both ends, only receiving packets without sending packets, proving that the Ethernet service is not available;
4. Modify the internal and external ports of EGS4 to ACCESS and TAG AWARE, and the service is still not available;
5, compare the internal port settings, encapsulation/mapping, found that SS62EGT2 scrambling mode is unscrambled, SSN3EGS4 is scrambled mode [X43+1], modify SSN3EGS4 unscrambled, GE service is normal.
Root cause
The Metro3000 SS62EGT2 board does not match the SSN3EGS4 scrambling method of the OSN3500, resulting in the service not being available
Solution
After modifying the SSN3EGS4 non-scrambling code, the GE service is normal.
