I checked that the number of VLAN IDs does not exceed 4096, but why can't it be configured? After counting all the VLANs in the VLAN filter table, the number of VLANs is 8192.

Reprogram the VLAN filter table so that the total number does not exceed 8192.

Root Cause

Because the host is limited to the total number of VLANs, note that it refers to the total number here, not the number.
