1. Query the physical and logical boards and find that they are all SSN1PQ1 boards, which can support TPS protection

2, query the interface board found that the configuration is D12B board, the board does not support TPS, so can not configure TPS protection group

3、Replace D12B with D12S and configure TPS protection group normally.
