1, first of all, in the OSN1500B V1R8 product documentation in the hardware description, although not written r1piub single board, but with the R & D to confirm that the r1piub single board can be used in the old version of the ordinary sub-frame and enhanced sub-frame, and the software version has nothing to do.
2, if the OSN1500B device is installed in the ordinary power consumption cabinet, then the hardware only need to replace the r1piu r1piub can be, the power cord do not need to be replaced (because the original power cord can support the current of 480w)
3, if the OSN1500B device is installed in a large power consumption cabinet, then the hardware needs to be replaced in addition to r1piub, but also need to replace the power cord (code: 04150099, one end of the dual-ot connected to the pdu, one end of the 3v3 port connected to the piu)
4, hardware on the completion, there is still a need for an operation: for v1R8 and later versions, you need to issue the command :cfg-set-nepowerth: //set command: 0xff00---ordinary power consumption mode; 0xff01---large power consumption mode. And v2r11 and later versions support setting the power consumption threshold on the network management. For versions before v1R8, there is no switch added, so there is no need to issue commands, and the maximum power consumption is directly changed to 480W.
