Description of the problem
When configuring ATM PVP services on the Huayan OSN3500 N1IDQ1A board, the following two problems occur:
1. When binding VC12 for the 81st VCTrunk, error is reported: no path bound for vc12, error code:41000.
2. When setting the maximum value of the 17th VCTrunk VPI to 255, the error is: number of the set VPX VPIs is out of range, error code:43109.

Based on the above analysis, the solution obtained is:
Problem 1: Re-exchange the time slot in a relatively free VC4 that is not bundled to other VCTrunks, then the configuration is successful.
Problem 2: Decrease the set VPI value or bind that vctrunk to a second VC4.
Root Cause
Both problems are due to veneer limitations:
The first problem:
Because when binding bandwidth for this vctrunk, the VC12 in the VC4 used has been bound to too many other VCtrunks, but because the VC12 in the same VC4 of this single board can only be bound to 31 VCTRUNK ports, for example, VC12:1-31 are bound to VCTRUNK1-VCTRUNK31, respectively, you cannot bind the VC12 in VC12:32-63 to another VCTRUNK. VC12s in VC12:32-63 can no longer be bound to other VCTRUNKs.
Second question:
As the number of port VPIs of IDQ1A board can only support 8000 in total, these 8000 are divided into two parts, the first part is shared by the following ports: external optical port, VCTRUNK port of VC4 level, and the VCTRUNK of VC12 bound to the first VC4; and the second part is shared by the VCTRUNK ports bound to the VC12s in the second and third VC4s. The total number of VPI of both parts cannot exceed 4000, and after checking, in our configuration, ATM1-ATM4, 4 external ports, VCTRUNK1-VCTRUNK11 and VCTRUNK17 are all bound to the first VC4, and the range of the VPI value is set to 0~255, so it can be calculated as 255*(4+12)=4080, which is already greater than 4000. 4080, is already greater than 4000, so the configuration error.
