Failure phenomenon: single station method to configure two-way cross service: 3-N3EGS2-1-VC4-12-VC12:1 <--->14-N1SLQ4-2 -VC4-1-VC12:4; Configuration service is not successful, prompting "Matrix arithmetic submodule calibration service connection failed", error code: "38735";

Configuration of the service was unsuccessful;


Alarm message

No abnormal alarms on the network management;


Processing

1, according to the operation fault prompt information, "matrix arithmetic submodule calibration service connection failure", belongs to the business configuration calibration failure problem, should be a bus problem; or single board problems;

2. Check the data and find that there are services running normally on VC4s from 1 to 8 of the N3EGS2 board. Configure the service on the 8th VC4 of N3EGS2 to the service on the optical board, and it can be configured normally, which rules out the host abnormality, and the problem of the cross-board.

3, reconfigure the N3EGS4 board on the 9th to 16th VC4 services to other optical boards, verification, found that 9 to 16 VC4 on the VC3, VC12 services can not be configured normally. It is very regular that the services on the 9th to 16th VC4 cannot be configured, suspecting a bus bandwidth problem;

4, N3EGS2 single board supports 2.5G bandwidth, N2PXCSA for 200G high-order crossover, N3EGS2 inserted in the 3-board position, support for 2.5G bandwidth; and in the Ethernet internal port binding, you can bind 9 ~ 16 VC4 services; exclude the problem of unsupported bandwidth;

5. Collect data on the network elements and find that there are shielded alarms on the equipment. The alarms of the N3EGS2 single board at board position 3 are: T_LOSEX alarm;

After the company's R & D to confirm: OSN3500 equipment, for the 5.21.31.15 host version, when the cross-board type for the N2PXCSA, the master default configuration of the 1,2,3,4,15,16 slots backplane bus rate of 622M; resulting in support for 2.5G bandwidth in conjunction with the Ethernet veneer, resulting in insufficient bandwidth of the six slots, EOS veneer reported T_LOSEX alarm.
