The specific hardware faults are: board 9 has a CHIP_FAIL alarm indicating that the 1st SD606 chip is abnormal; in which since July, other single boards (10 crossover boards, 8 and 11 circuit boards) have frequently detected a momentary BD_STATUS on board 9, and there is a fault in the in-position detection logic on board 9.
Root cause
Hardware failure of the No. 9 cross veneer board resulted in an abnormal inversion of the multiplexed segment, and an abnormal veneer in-place state when the No. 9 board was the main board resulted in an inability to process the K bytes and events reported by the line board.
Solution
Replace cross veneer board #9.
