Description of the problem

MSTP+ device OSN3500, version V2R11SPC200, host version 5.21.31.35, U2000 network management version U2000V1R6C02SPC300. as shown in the figure, in the configuration of the tunnel, the device from the network element 9-22704 to create ingress tunnel, fill in the source end LSRID as 1.11.177.67, it shows that the creation is successful, but when you query the tunnel list, there are two tunnels, one is deployed, the source LSRID is 1.11.177.67, which is the correct tunnel that needs to be created, and the other is deployed, the source LSRID is 1.11.177.191, which is the wrong tunnel that is automatically generated. tunnel, and there is no network element with the LSRID 1.11.177.191 on the network management, resulting in the customer never being able to successfully create a service.

Root cause

When replacing the master control, the database is restored directly without changing the LSRID first, resulting in inconsistency between the system parameter area and the database LSRID.


Solution

1, suspect that the main control board problems, the main backup main control board inverted, reconfigure the tunnel failure remains

2、Suspect network management problems, use command line tools to configure tunnel, or will generate the wrong tunnel.

3、Check the database status is normal

4, respectively, the collection of network management data and device data to find the R & D analysis, the results of the analysis is the network management configuration source node is 1.11.177.67, the host node is 10.11.178.23 tunnel and the source node is 10.11.178.23, the host node is 1.11.177.67 tunnel 1.11.177.67 when the 1.11.177.67 became 0.0.0.0, requiring the device to continue analyzing. The device platform analysis found that the device's system parameter area and the database LSRID (GCPNODEID) are inconsistent, and need to re-issue LSRID 1.11.177.67 on the network management.

When replacing the master without first changing the LSRID and directly restoring the database, the LSRID in the system parameter area is still that of the original master, but the LSRID in the database is new, so it leads to inconsistency between the system parameter area and the database LSRID.
