2、 Engineer through the T2000 query, 9 slot cross board type is: SSN1GXCSA01, 10 slot cross board type is: SSN1GXCSA02;
3. The engineer finds that the software versions of the two types of single boards are matched with the host version by querying the OSN3500 product version matching table.
4. After consulting with the customer, it is understood that the customer has purchased a batch of SSN1GXCSA02 as the spare parts of SSN1GXCSA01, and through the 800 customer service telephone consultation, it gets the reply that the two types of single boards can be mixed and inserted. Therefore, the customer replaces SSN1GXCSA01 with SSN1GXCSA02 in slot 10 of the device in maintenance.
5, engineers to the scene, the 10-slot SSN1GXCSA02 will be replaced by SSN1GXCSA01, T2000 network management can query the cross-board inversion status, the problem is solved; then, the 9, 10-slot SSN1GXCSA01 one by one after the replacement of the SSN1GXCSA02, you can also query the status of the reversal of the single board.
