3. The physical link receives normal optical power, and the connected ports are configured with Layer 3 attributes, IP address 10.125.40.1/10.125.40.2, in the same network segment, IP address in the same network segment, to rule out the cause of reason 4.

4. Query ARP list, found that the OSN7500II device N1EX2 single board port port IP, MAC information, but the OSN3500 device N1PEX2 single board no information on the opposite end; due to the N1EX2 single board is obtained from the customer that suspects that the single board has a problem, query the single board software version V5.04, and the device has the single board software version V2.15 does not comply with the query device version V200R011C02 supporting version, found that the new single board software version is too high, and the device does not match.
