Description of the problem

Problem description: end-to-end creation of SDH services on the network management, when SPC priority is selected, services passing through the smart domain cannot be created as smart services.

As shown in the figure below, when creating SDH paths, "SPC Priority" is selected, and the two network elements marked in red are intelligent services, but the corresponding intelligent service information is not seen in "Intelligent Attribute Settings".

Processing

1. After the service is created, check the service in the SDH path management and find that the path through which the service passes does not have an intelligent path.

2. Try to upgrade the SDH service to an intelligent service, but the network management reports an error of "no service data to be upgraded", indicating that the service cannot be upgraded.

2. Check the corresponding two intelligent network elements, and check the corresponding TE links in the intelligent TE link management interface and find that the TE status is normal, there is no abnormality, and it does not affect the upgrade.

3. Check the corresponding single-station crossover, and find that the crossover information of the two intelligent network elements is complete and not lost, which also does not affect the upgrade.

4. The network administrator uploads and synchronizes the two intelligent network elements, and then upgrades them again, and the network administrator still reports an error.

5. Check the two smart network elements in the "Smart Topology Management" interface and find that they are in different smart domains.

6. Delete one smart domain, and then perform "Network Element Synchronization" to synchronize the two network elements to one smart domain.

7. Upgrade the SDH service again, and the network management reports success.

8. Delete the service, and then in the SDH path creation interface, create the SDH service end-to-end again, and select SPC priority, and you can see the corresponding intelligent service in the "Intelligent Attribute Settings", and the service in the Intelligent Domain can be created as an intelligent service.

The problem is solved.

The creation of smart services on the network manager presupposes that the smart network elements on the path must be in a smart domain, otherwise the network manager is not allowed to create smart services. Includes end-to-end creation of SPC-first smart services.
