Realize the configuration and scheduling functions of equipment services, monitor service performance, and collect performance events and alarm information. Provide the presence detection function of the PIU of the power access board and the failure detection function of the lightning protection module in the PIU. Provides two 4M HDLC fast emergency channels for realizing MSP, SNCP, TPS inversion and other functions. Supports 1+1 hot backup of cross, clock and master control unit, and the protection mode is non-restoration inversion by default. Provides standard system synchronization clock.
