a: The maximum power consumption of the subrack indicates the maximum power consumption configuration that the subrack can withstand and the maximum heat dissipation capability of the subrack. Typical configurations for actual applications consume much less power than this value.
Description:

The default maximum power consumption value of the device is 1100W, if you need to use 2300W, you need to set it through the network management.

The maximum power consumption when the cabinet is fully configured is equal to the sum of the maximum power consumption of all the subracks configured in the cabinet and the maximum power consumption of the other configurations of the cabinet.

For transmission equipment, power consumption is essentially all converted to heat consumption. Therefore, the thermal consumption (BTU/h) value of the equipment can be converted with the power consumption (W) value, and the conversion formula is: thermal consumption (BTU/h) = power consumption (W) ÷ 0.2931 (Wh).

The expected reliability metrics for OptiX OSN equipment are shown in Table 3.
