OptiX 155/622H short for ( Metro1000 ) This SDH transmission equipment has 7 physical slots for installing various single boards. The system is centered on the crossover unit, which consists of SDH interface unit, PDH interface unit, Ethernet interface unit, crossover unit, clock unit, master control unit, and official business unit. The SCB integrates the functions of line, branch, crossover, clock, time, master control, and official business, etc.The SDH interface boards available for OptiX 155/622H include STM-1/STM-4/STM-16 optical interface boards and STM-1 electrical interface boards. The SDH interface boards available for OptiX 155/622H include STM-1/STM-4/STM-16 optical interface boards and STM-1 electrical interface boards. SDH interface boards available for OptiX 155/622H include STM-1/STM-4/STM-1 optical interface boards and STM-1 electrical interface boards. SDH interface boards are mainly used for receiving and transmitting STM-1/STM-4/STM-16 optical signals and STM-1 electrical signals, as well as for processing segment overheads and higher-order channel overheads, interpreting pointers, and other functions of ITU-T (International Telecommunication Union - Telecommunication Standardization Sector) G Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) Recommendation G.783), and also provides a synchronized clock source for the clock unit. The available PDH interface boards include E1, E1/T1, E3/T3 telecommunication interface boards, which are mainly used to receive and transmit PDH service signals and provide synchronized clock sources for the clock unit. Support a variety of Ethernet interface boards, mainly to complete the reception and transmission of FE, GE service signals.Metro1000 dedicated 220V AC to -48V DC power conversion system, consisting of dual hot backup AC/DC conversion module, monitoring module, battery three functional modules.
Metro1000 is a box-type equipment, the box size is 436mm (W) × 293mm (D) × 86mm (H), in addition to power supply module and part of the service single board, the cross unit, clock unit and public service unit are integrated in the SCB single board. The shape of the device is shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.

Networking Capability
OptiX 155/622H provides flexible networking capabilities, supporting point-to-point, linear, ring, hub and other networking methods.
Network Element Types
OptiX 155/622H Metro1000 has a crossover capacity of 21.25G high-order crossover or 5G low-order crossover. It can be configured as multiple TM (Terminal Multiplexer), ADM (Add/Drop Multiplexer) or MADM (Multiple Add/Drop Multiplexer) systems, and supports service scheduling and protection among multiple systems, greatly enhancing the equipment's networking capability and inter-network service scheduling capability. .
Networking Mode
The OptiX 155/622H, as an access layer device, can be mixed with Huawei's Metro series devices and OSN series devices for networking. It supports point-to-point, linear, ring, hub, and other networking methods. At the same time, it also supports hybrid networking with third-party devices.
Metro1000 uses D4 to D12 in the multiplexed segment overhead byte as the physical layer channel to process the management information of Huawei devices, and uses D1 to D3 in the regenerated segment overhead byte to process the management information of third-party devices.
The OptiX 155/622H uses D1 to D3 in the regeneration segment overhead bytes as physical layer channels to process management information of Huawei equipment, and uses D4 to D12 in the reuse segment overhead bytes as one or more channels to transparently transmit management information of third-party equipment.
When the D1 to D3 bytes of the third-party equipment cannot be used for the transmitted management information, the external clock interface of the SDH transmission equipment can be used to transmit the management information.
The device supports IP over DCC, and network management information can be transparently transmitted via IP over DCC when both the third-party device and the network management support IP.
The device supports OSI over DCC (TP4). When both the third-party device and the network manager support OSI over DCC (TP4), network management information can be transparently transmitted via OSI over DCC (TP4).
The device supports SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) protocol, which solves the problem of unified network management when multi-vendor devices are grouped into a network.
Clock Synchronization
OptiX 155/622H Metro1000 supports the following clock functions:
