Huawei HONET FA16 H301SRX Sub-Rate Data Interface Board

The FA16 H301SRX is a sub-rate data interface board that provides five V.24 synchronous sub-rate ports or three V.24 asynchronous sub-rate ports. The board provides five sub-rate data ports with variable rates from 2.4kbit/s, 4.8kbit/s, 9.6kbit/s, 19.2kbit/s and 48kbit/s. The five ports share a 64kbit/s time slot.

Panel Description

The SRX panel description is shown in Table 1.

Description:

When the system is running normally and the corresponding data link on the peer SRX, MTA (Multifunctional Terminal Adapter) or node machine to which the SRX is connected is working normally, the DCD lamp of the local SRX lights up.
The peer device to which the SRX is connected must be a device capable of providing X.50 data multiplexing. When the signal stream processed by the SRX does not have an X.50 frame structure, a frame out-of-step alarm will appear.
The data terminal ready indicator DTRx (data terminal ready) indicates the connection status of the data terminal device to the corresponding port of the SRX. DTRx lights up when a data terminal device (e.g., computer, etc.) is connected to the corresponding port on the SRX and the data terminal is in normal operation.
The RXDx and TXDx lamps are the data sending and receiving indications for each port of the SRX. When the corresponding port is in use, the lamps indicate the current data sending and receiving status of the port.

External Interfaces

The FA16 H301SRX interfaces are distributed on the backplane or on the corresponding adapter boards, and the interface descriptions are shown in Table 2.
