FA16 H601ATI board can provide 2/4-wire audio line and 1E1M signaling line for each channel, and does not support 2E2M. when the E and M signaling lines are not used, its 2/4-wire audio line can be used independently to transmit audio signals. the H601ATI board's audio interface level is adjustable by software, and the 2/4-wire setup is accomplished by the hardware jumper in combination with the software setup.

1. Main Functions
The FA16 H601ATI board connects to the H601ATI board at the opposite end through the semi-permanent connection channel of the access network. The H601ATI board detects the E&M signaling signals, and when the signaling signals are changed, it occupies the channel and sends the signaling through the encoding to the opposite end, and after detecting the received signaling encoding, it controls the corresponding interface of the board to do the corresponding signaling output, and the interface usually The interface normally occupies the channel resources. Thus, H601ATI board completes the transparent transmission of signaling signals and voice path signals.

This section introduces the functions, principles, panel descriptions, external interfaces, dip switches, interface signal definitions, and board parameters of the ATI (Analog Trunk Interface) board.
The ATI veneer board is a 2/4-wire E&M signaling audio interface board. The ATI veneer board is compatible with the user board slots, and can provide six 2/4-wire E&M signaling audio interface functions.

The basic principle of ATI is described as follows:
The monitoring module monitors the operation status of the single board, performs reset operations on the single board when the single board operates abnormally, and receives and sends E&M signaling.
The line module completes PCM (Pulse Code Modulation) compilation and filtering, and sends and recognizes DC signaling and pulses.
The conversion module inserts the corresponding time slots in the HW, reads the E&M signaling, and implements the switching network function to dynamically occupy any one of the two HW time slots.
The master-slave serial port completes the communication between the single board and the host, and transmits the status, configuration, alarm and other information of the single board to the host.
The power supply module provides working power for each functional module in the single board.

The ATI interfaces are distributed on the backplane or the corresponding adapter board, and the interface descriptions are shown in Table 2.

Description:
On the ATI single board, the resistance of the E&M signaling line is configurable to 3200 ohms and 5400 ohms. When the jumper cap is inserted, it indicates that the resistance is configured to 3200 ohms, and when the jumper cap is removed, it indicates that the resistance is configured to 5400 ohms. By default, the jumper cap is unplugged.
