The signal flow of LDX can be categorized into sending direction and receiving direction, i.e., LDX from the client side to the WDM side is in the sending direction, and vice versa is in the receiving direction.
The customer-side optical module receives optical signals from two customer devices through the RX1 and RX2 optical ports to complete O/E conversion.
The electrical signals after O/E conversion enter the signal processing module. Different types of signals are sent to different encapsulation mapping modules to complete the encapsulation mapping process. Finally, OTN framing and other operations are performed to output 4-channel OTU2/OTU2e electrical signals.
The OTU2/OTU2e signals are sent to the wavelength-division side optical module, which undergoes E/O conversion and sends the OTU2/OTU2e optical signals of standard wavelengths OTU2/OTU2e in compliance with the DWDM recommended by ITU-T G.694.1 or CWDM recommended by ITU-T G.694.2, and outputs them by the optical ports from OUT1 to OUT4.
The WDM-side optical module receives OTU2/OTU2e optical signals of DWDM standard wavelengths conforming to ITU-T G.694.1 recommendations or CWDM standard wavelengths conforming to ITU-T G.694.2 recommendations on the WDM side by the IN1 to IN4 optical ports, and completes O/E conversion.
The O/E-converted electrical signal enters the service processing module, completes the operations of OTU2/OTU2e framing, demapping and de-encapsulation processing within this module, and outputs 2-channel STM-64/OC-192/10GE LAN/10GE WAN/FC800/FICON 8G/FC1200/FICON 10G/OTU2/OTU2e Electrical signals.
STM-64/OC-192/10GE LAN/10GE WAN/FC800/FICON 8G/FC1200/FICON 10G/OTU2/OTU2e electrical signals complete the E/O conversion through the customer-side optical module, and are output from TX1 and TX2 optical ports.
Includes customer-side receive and transmit sections.
