I. Metro1000 SS42OI4 Panel
The panel of the OI4/OI4D single board has single board indicators, interfaces, barcodes, and laser security level labels.

The panel diagram of the OI4/OI4D single board is introduced below with the SC optical interface as an example, as shown in Figure 1.
Indicator light
The OI4/OI4D single-board panel has indicator lights that indicate single-board alarms, and the description of the indicator light status is shown in Table 1.
Metro1000 SS42OI4D Interface
The OI4/OI4D single board has SC/LC type optical interfaces on the panel for sending and receiving STM-4 optical signals.
II. Metro1000 SS42OI4D Functions and Features
OI4/OI4D single board realizes STM-4 optical signal receiving and transmitting, completes STM-4 signal photoelectric conversion, overhead byte extraction and insertion processing, and completes line alarm signal reporting.
OI4 is a 1-channel STM-4 optical interface board.
OI4D is a 2-channel STM-4 optical interface board, which is divided into two types: pluggable and integrated. The pluggable OI4D board can be plugged into the IU1, IU2 and IU3 slots, and the integrated OI4D board is directly integrated into the SCB board.The optical interface of the OI4D supports both SC connectors and SFP pluggable optical modules, which can be flexibly selected according to the needs. If you choose SFP pluggable optical module, then it will bring convenience to the maintenance of the optical module.
For OI4D single board, the result of querying the DCC port number through network management and command line is opposite to the actual optical port number.
