Optional STM-1/STM-4 optical module is available.

• When the STM-1 optical module is selected, the standard optical interfaces of I-1, S-1.1, L-1.1, L-1.2, and Ve-1.2 are supported, of which the characteristics of the I-1, S-1.1, L-1.1, and L-1.2 optical interfaces conform to the ITU-T G.957 recommendations, and the Ve-1.2 optical interface is a Huawei customized standard.
• When the STM-4 optical module is selected, the I-4, S-4.1, L-4.1, L-4.2 and Ve-4.2 standard optical interfaces are supported, of which the characteristics of the I-4, S-4.1, L-4.1 and L-4.2 optical interfaces conform to the ITU-T G.957 recommendations, and the optical interface of Ve-4.2 is a Huawei customized standard.

Supports CWDM and DWDM color optical interfaces, and the optical interfaces adopt LC connectors; CWDM optical interfaces support 80km transmission distance, and DWDM optical interfaces support 120km transmission distance.

• Supports optical module information detection and query.
• Support the use and monitoring of SFP pluggable optical module, which is convenient for the maintenance and upgrading of optical module.
• The optical interface provides laser on and off settings and laser automatic shutdown function.
• SLQ41 supports single-fiber bi-directional optical modules, single-fiber bi-directional optical modules do not support the use of pigtails for optical interface loopback.

• VC-12/VC-3/VC-4 services are supported when STM-1 optical module is selected.
• Support VC-12/VC-3/VC-4 service and VC-4-4c cascade service when STM-4 optical module is selected.
