Problem Description
A 3500 network element in a stronghold has been reporting the HARD_BAD alarm on the 18-slot master control board for about 6 months. The alarm is still being reported in slot 18 even after the master and backup are swapped, the master control is replaced, and the AUX board is replaced.

Plug the original 18-slot single board into slot 17, and plug the original 17-slot single board into slot 18, HARD_BAD alarm is still reported in slot 18;Replaced the 18-slot single board, and found the problem persists. Reported;
Replaced the 18th and 37th boards, the 18th slot reported any HARD_BAD alarm;
The customer took photos of the 17th, 18th and 37th slots of the motherboard that may have problems, and according to the photo analysis, there is no backward pinning situation.
