Problem Description
A bureau A, B two sets of OSN3500 EFT veneer between pairs of EPL service, after completing the SDH side service configuration, configure the Ethernet side data, binding A end EFT 5 VC12 time slots, in the case of the B end is not bound to any time slots or only bound to a VC12 (the time slots bound at the two ends are not symmetrical), the EFT veneer of the A/B ends did not report any alarms.

Root CauseThere are two situations that cause the EFT single board not to report alarms when there is no binding on the opposite end (when the time slot binding is asymmetric):
1. When the VCTRUNK port of the EFT single board deletes the binding on the opposite end device when the VCTRUNK port of the EFT single board is normally docked to the other single boards without any alarms, the VCTRUNK port of the EFT single board fails to detect the ALM_GFP_dLFD alarms. This is caused by a chip defect and cannot be solved, all NG EFT boards have this problem. But obviously the current situation described does not belong to this kind of situation caused.
2, in the case of not triggering the above defects, the alarm can be reported normally: if the opposite end is not bound to the time slot and the local end is bound to the ALM_GFP_dLFD alarm will be reported. However, there is one exception: EFT uses the single board software before 7.54, if the external port corresponding to the VCTRUNK port is not enabled, the EFT single board will block the ALM_GFP_dLFD alarm, so no matter what you do, you can't let the ALM_GFP_dLFD alarm be reported. The current version of EFT board is 5.30, and the external ports are not enabled, so the boards at both ends do not report any alarms, and it is necessary to upgrade the software of EFT board to 7.54 and later.
