Problem Description
OSN 3500 was upgraded from 5.21.30.13 to version 30.15p01 using upgrade with DC tool, since I saw that the package was PKG, I created a package loading task, which resulted in a problem that the pre-upgrade check did not pass (prompt: the network element was in a pending stabilization state) resulting in the upgrade not being able to continue.
Tip: OSN3500 network element is in pending stabilization state.
1, looked at the upgrade method summary table, it is true that if upgraded to the 30.15p01 version of the summary table does not say that the use of packet loading guide, which only simulates the packet loading and board loading.
