1、Check the performance monitoring settings of the network element, they are all set to on, and you can check the temperature and other performance of the network element.

2、Check the performance monitoring status of the single board in the light-emitting power performance monitoring object enable settings, has been enabled

3、All single boards can not query the optical power, you can rule out single board problems

4、Consult the company's R & D, told that the host version does not support, need to upgrade to 5.21.30.14

5、After upgrading to 5.21.30.14, the problem is solved.
