OSN3500 device data veneer N2EFS0 is interfaced with Alcatel data veneer, the service is configured as EPL service, and the bound bandwidth is 12M, the service can not be pinged after the configuration is completed, and the host version is: 5.21.13.47P01, there is no alarm on OSN3500 device.

2, check the encapsulation protocol, the same GFP, J2 and V5 overhead is correct, no mismatch alarm;
3、Check the LCAS function, we are off, the other party is on, the Alcatel LCAS function will be turned off to restore normal
