Phenomenon Description

The N1EGS4, N1EMS4, N4EGS4, N3EGS2, and N2EGT2 single boards support the GE electrical port function, but these single boards enable the optical port by default, how to enable the GE electrical port function.

Processing

Select a network element on the main topology of the network management, right click and select "Network Element Manager".

Select the single board (e.g. N1EGS4 ) that needs to enable the GE electrical interface, and select " Configuration->Ethernet Interface Management->Ethernet Interface" in the function tree.

Select "External Interface->Basic Properties", and in "Port Logical Type", set the EoS single board port as " SDH electrical port".
