Problem Description

On a certain day, a user opens a new set of OSN2500, master version 5.21.18.50, network management T2000V2R7C03. After creating the network element, manual configuration is taken to query the physical board and successfully configure the industry. In order to verify whether the business is normal, the use of under the insertion of TU_AIS alarm mode, found that N2PQ1 does not have TU_AIS this option, please see the attached screenshot.

1、When pre-configuring SSN2PQ1 on the lab T2000V2R7C03SPC100 network management, we found that there is TU_AIS option in the alarm insertion;

2. Suggest users to pre-configure and add PQ1 veneer on T2000V2R7C03, and find that there is also TU_AIS option in the alarm insertion interface;

3, noticed that the user added the single board is N2PQ1, in the T2000V2R7C03, T2000V2R7C03SPC100 on the pre-configuration and add N2PQ1 found in the alarm insertion is indeed no TU_AIS option, basically exclude network management problems;

4, in the real network to find U2000V1R2C01SPC003, T2000V2R7C03, T2000V2R7C03SPC100 management OSN7500N2PQ1 , under the insertion of the alarm do not have TU_AIS option;

5. After consulting with R&D, I learned that for the N2PQ1 single board of OSN series, the host baseline does not support TU_AIS alarm insertion, and the network management interface is based on the baseline given by the host, so it is the N2PQ1 that does not support the TU_AIS alarm insertion.

6, circumvention measures can be configured N2PQ1 into the logical single board of PQ1, there is no complete solution for the time being.
