After an OSN3500 network element is upgraded to version V1R8C02SPC200, it needs to be hot-patched with SPH001 in order to solve the "Early Warning Notification on the Failure of Reversing Service Interruption Caused by Failure of Reuse Segment Reversal of Some STM-64 Single Boards of OSN3500/OSN7500 Products". The network element is configured with the master control of N2GSCC, so the hot patch can only be loaded by the board level, but when loading the hot patch for the N1SLD64 single-board, it is found that there is no hot patch file for this single-board in the zip package.
