问题描述

Processing
Coordinate with the customer to cooperate with the query, the processing steps are as follows:
1, the customer reflects that the microwave link with other data services are normal, which roughly concluded that the non-microwave link problem;
2, because the network management can not be operated on the network element, so the remote guidance to the customer on the main control board and the AUX board for the software and hardware reset, reset the phenomenon is still the same, and the customer reflects the panel alarms are normal;
3, to check the AUX single-board ETH port data transmission light blinking, orange light blinking normal, indicating that there is data transmission; then guide the site with a PC to log on to the network element, found that the phenomenon is consistent with the remote login, can not be operated; guide the customer to use a PC to ping the IP address of the network element, the feedback is a packet loss phenomenon;
4, guide the customer to replace the main control and then log on to the network element and ping the network element Ip address, is still not operable and there is a packet loss, it can be concluded that the non-equipment is not the main control board and AUX single board. This can be concluded that it is not a problem of the main control board of the device;
5. Replace the AUX single board operation, found that you can log in the operation, and there is no loss of packets, it can be concluded that it is the AUX single board failure caused by the problem of communication is not normal;
6. Rule out the OSN motherboard bus failure.
