The fan frame has the following functions:
- 1、Cooling
The fan frame is inserted on the top of the business frame, and adopts the extraction method to realize the ventilation and heat dissipation of the business frame. Cold air enters from the lower part of the frame and is discharged from the upper part of the frame after passing through each working veneer in the frame.
- 2、Monitoring
The fan frame is equipped with a fan monitoring board H901FMLA, which can detect whether the fan is working normally and provide an interface to communicate with the main control board, and transmit the detection information to the main control board through the fan monitoring board at regular intervals.
- 3、Speed control
The speed of the fan can be adjusted automatically according to the detected ambient temperature, or it can be set manually by data configuration.

MA5800 fan speed control method
The fan frame provides two fan speed control methods: automatic speed control and manual speed control.
The fan frame is used to dissipate heat from the system so that the device can work at normal temperature. When the ambient temperature exceeds the equipment specifications, the system automatically reports a high temperature alarm.
- 1、Automatic speed adjustment mode
- Host automatic speed mode: automatically adjust the fan speed according to the temperature of the veneer in the system to realize the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
- Monitoring automatic speed regulation mode: according to the temperature detected by the fan monitoring board to adjust the overall speed of the system.
Description:When using the automatic speed control mode, the device will automatically switch between the host automatic speed control mode and the monitoring automatic speed control mode.
- 2、Manual speed control mode
The fan speed can be manually adjusted according to the demand, manual speed control can be selected from 0 to 6 a total of 7 gears, of which 0 gear wind speed is the lowest, 6 gear wind speed is the highest. You can also directly set the speed from 30 to 100 (unit: %).
