Root Cause
Since the number of D1-D3 channels enabled on the network element before the upgrade is more than 40 due to the N1GSCC master DCC assigning operating mode 1. the R7 code for this DCC_CHAN_LACK alarm is not registered, so the alarm is not reported before the upgrade. The upgraded version registers the alarm so it is reported.
Because the order of resource allocation after the upgrade is according to the time when the veneer comes online, the DCC ports used for communication between the network management and the network elements may not get the resources, which may lead to the network elements being de-registered.
