A power_fail alarm is reported on the SCC board on the 49SCB master of the Metro1000 device with alarm parameter 0x01

1. At the site, Huawei Metro1000 found that the fan light of the integrated 220V power supply module was off, and the alm light was on red, which was judged to be a power supply module fan failure;
2. Replaced the AC power supply module, and the alarm disappeared.

1. power_fail alarm, the alarm parameter is 0x01,0x1 means +5V alarm;
2. There are two reasons for the +5V alarm: one is AC power module failure, and the other is box failure.

1. The network element generates a power_fail alarm, and the alarm parameter is 0x01. First, go to the site to observe whether the AC power module power, fan, alm light is normal, the meaning of the indicator is as follows, if the indicator is normal directly replace the box, if the indicator is not normal directly replace the power module.

The SCC single board reports power_fail alarm with alarm parameter 0x01, you cannot blindly replace the box, you must go to the site to troubleshoot the AC power module before replacing the box.
