b.When no service is configured, RSUAS counts will not be counted even if RLOS alarms exist on the line veneer.
2. Code analysis based on the above phenomenon reveals the following design in the code:
When the channel in the optical port is set to enable, the performance statistics at this time will count the following performance: high-order channel, channel adaptation (pointer performance), multiplexing segment level, regeneration segment level.
The channel is set to enable in the following cases: configuration service, or the primary channel in the case of multiplexed segment protection.
This design exists for the following box devices: Metro100, Metro500 , Metro1000, OSN500, OSN550.
For NGSDH equipment or OSN9500 equipment, it does not depend on whether or not the service is configured to decide whether or not to count the segment-level performance.
Root Cause
