1, Huawei N4EFS0 single board when N1, N2EFS0 single board use the host query can not be some single board alarms, but the single board STAT or SRV lights will be lit to indicate that the single board exists alarms, the reason is that the N4EFS0 single board added some new alarms, but as the old single board use, the old host did not register the new alarms, so these alarms will not be reported. These alarms are mainly: LCAS_PLCT, LCAS_TLCT, LCAS_PLCR, LCAS_TLCR, LCAS_FOPT, LCAS_FOPR, LAG_FAIL, and so on.
2. The version of OSN3500 N2EFS series single board that supports multi-board ID is 2.14, and only this version and later versions can be used as spare parts for N1EFS single boards.
3、When making single board substitution, you need to consider whether to configure COS or not, if the configuration of COS will lead to the unavailability of COS, you need to delete the COS configuration before substitution and reconfigure COS after substitution.
4. When upgrading, if N4EFS0 is configured as N1EFS0 or N2EFS0, when loading the single-board software using the analog package, it will be loaded in accordance with the type of single-board that the current single-board is configured as (N1EFS0 or N2EFS0), so you need to manually remove the selection of this single-board, and then upgrade this single-board using the board-level loading after completing the analog package upgrade.
